Meta-Analysis

This article, A meta analysis of the effectiveness of teaching and learning with technology on student outcomes, was a interesting read. It was much more dense than the first two but, rather informative.

I like how we, as educators, are beginning to look at the science behind teaching. These studies will be ongoing and no diffinitive answer may be discovered but the statistics and findings these different studies discover are really neat. I hope we contiue to pursue how technology plays a role in our teaching and our students learning as the studies are beginning to show a relationship between classrooms with more technology integration and higher student performances.
